Black Friday bargains

Of course I got dragged into the Black Friday bargains. I told myself so many times don't do it, you don't need anything, its a trap aaaaand I failed miserably. AND there wasn't even a massive discount on any of the items I bought, but still managed to get roped into the madness.
On the bright side I get to share some new clothing with you all.

Half of my purchases are from my go to shop ZARA! My first purchase some may think was inspired by the famous Bianca from EastEnders...

I can assure you It wasn't and I just fell in love with it as soon as I saw it. Originally it cost £60 but I got it for £47.99 which in my eyes was sooooo worth it.

I teamed my metallic bomber with one of my new tees also from Zara. I bought a couple of tees just for the sake of it as they were going so cheap.
Anything with text on/embroidery is a must have in wardrobe right now and I also thought this tee would be perfect for any season. I bought this top in a large so its slightly oversized.
I got this one for just £4 cant go wrong with that!

Now the 2nd best bit the choker. How amaze is it!? I got this from Topshop as they had 30% off it so I got it for something silly like £8. BARGAIN! They still have loads in the Bluewater Topshop and have now got 50% off so grab one while you can.

The 2nd tee I purchased had similar sort of text type on it so I think I'm feeling the grunger vibes. This tshirt is stated as oversized but I still bought it in a large as I like the baggy look. It's black and white so will go with literally anything and a perf tshirt for those slobby days.

This beaut of a choker was also purchased from Topshop. It was the perfect match for this super casj outfit bringing a bit of colour and glitz to the rocky tshirt. There are still some of these available in Topshop Bluewater so grab one to mix up with your whacky chirstmas jumper!

Chopping my locks for The Little Princess Trust

So I finally took the plunge on Friday and chopped off my hair eeeeek. It was also for a great cause. I donated my hair and raised money for The Little Princess Trust. A charity that provides real hair wigs free of charge to boys and girls across the UK and Ireland and have sadly lost their own hair due to cancer treatment and other illnesses.
My best friend lost her hair due to cancer treatment when we was only young so I know how much this would mean to a child going through this awful experience.

The big chop...

I had my hair done at The Strand in Chelmsford, by hair stylist Danielle Cooper. She always works wonders with my hair.
It was such a lovely salon and the girls made me feel so welcome. Their prices are so affordable too which is always a bonus. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Before...
My hair was well over 12 inches long I couldn't believe how long it was!

During...

Now the best bit
AFTER...

I am sooo in love with my hair Danielle couldn't of done a better job and it's for such a great cause and that makes me love it even more!
Thanks so much to Danielle and the salon for taking amaze videos for me and of course making my hair look amaze.

I've smashed my donation target already, but if you still want to donate please feel free to click the link below which will take you to my fundraising page and you can donate any amount of money and it goes straight to the charity.

Lets stop all this greedy retail money making madness and give something to help someone that will appreciate it more than you receiving the usual rubbish smelly 3 for 2 gift set.

Anne-Marie

OH MY GOD Anne Marie is amaaaaaazing! Honestly too good live. We got to see her in Camden @ KOKO 1. unreal venue and 2. even more unreal artist!
If you get the chance to see her GO!

HER!

Of course the day I was going Anne-Marie was one the nights it reached minus degrees brrrrrrrrrr!!! So, again I was stuck in the dilemma of what to wear.

*All of my outfit is unfortunately recycled pieces from my wardrobe as I ordered an outfit on black Friday expecting it to be here by the Monday. However I have found items similar to what I'm wearing so you can still create this outfit. (details will be below)*

Definitely went for the most inappropriate outfit for this kind of weather and I'm paying for that now as I have the worst cold, lesson learnt.
I couldn't resist this delicate lace roll neck as it added that cute feminine touch to my tomboyish trainer look.
Cargo trousers are massive trend this season and I'm so glad I got these at the start of this year at such a bargain price. They are so comfy and make a nice change to the usual denim bottom.
If I can my outfit will always be finished off with my trainers. It's probably not a combination most people would go for but the trainers add that quirky edge to the outfit.

Of course I complete my outfit with a bit of fluff. This cardigan/jacket is actually a lot warmer then It looks. It was a bargain buy from Topshop costing me just £20! You can buy jackets similar everywhere at the moment as they are such a big trend, but I've found the most similar one to this for you all.

On Wednesdays we wear PINK!

On Wednesdays we wear pink.
Pretty in pink.
Pink to make the boys wink.
and as my 3 year old goddaughter would say: I love everything Pink!

I decided to go all cute and girly with my blog post today and do a pink addition. I've styled my outfits using every tone of pink I had In my wardrobe, literally. Pink isn't my usual go to colour so I don't have much, I'm not your typical pink loving girly girl.

This Saturday I hate a major busy, but super cute day. I went to take my little goddaughter dancing then we went and watched trolls, she loved it! (me and my bezzie also loved it I'll add)
So anyway I went for this light and comfy combo for my busy Saturday. This shirt has featured in one of my previous blogs and I still absolutely love it. I bough it in the salvation army store in America can you believe it! Vintage pieces are what I live for in fashion, you wont see anyone else wearing this shirt and that's what I love.
I teamed it with of course a roll neck, you know me by now. Just a basic one from Primark,
remember basics are a top wardrobe essential!
Now my trainers tooooooooo cute. I love Nike huaraches simply because they are so comfy, I currently have 3 pairs #trainerfanatic. I can be a bit of boy, but because of the colour they bring that touch of girlyness to my sometimes tom boyish outfits.

Now for the best part BARGAIN ITEM ALERT! I just had to add this into the post because it is the most ridiculous bargain ever. On my lunch break shopping as per and In Topshop I notice these fur scarfs all with stickers saying £1, I thought surely not this cant be right. My friend and I cleared the whole arm of scarves between us and yes just £1 each for every scarf. I deserve a medal!
I hope all my family like fur scarves because that's Christmas presents sorted.

Had soo much fun putting this outfit together and styling it up. The first layer is a roll neck dress again from you guessed it... Primark. I love layering up tshirts, shirts and rollnecks during winter months so I thought why not layer up the bottom half of my outfit. Over the top of the dress I added my pink bodycon mini skirt that I bought from Forever 21 years ago. It was one of those buys that was just because it was nice n cheap, but is such a good piece to have. Remember the rule for basics. I've found one similar on Missguided for you all and it costs just £8!
This shirt does not get enough wear at all, the pattern, colours, shape everything about it I love and It goes with this pink combo perrrrrfectly.
To add that cute, pink finishing touch I added some pink socks above some chelsea style DrMartens (soz sis). This outfit could easily be transformed for a night of partying by simply changing the shoe to a high heel/heeled sparkly ankle boot.

FLUFF

I couldn't resist doing a blog post all for this one jumper.
If I were a jumper, this would be me. Fluffy, cute, warm and colourful.
It deserves so much more than a blog post...

Zara is most definitely my go to shop, they are killing it lately with their stock, I want literally everything.

Obviously I want to wear this jumper all day everyday so I decided to have a styling play with this it and put two outfits together that are the complete opposite to each other, showing that this beaut sweatshirt can be worn for both day/evening and at any event.
So if you were a weirdo like myself I've made it possible for you to wear this jumper literally 24/7.

1st outfit is super cute and casj.
I teamed the jumper with my zippy trousers, which are slightly different to the pair I used in my previous post, I know they look the same. These are a soft leather, more of a suede look is the best way to describe them, but they are so comfy and complete any outfit casj/dressy.
Only the leather version of these trouser are available in Zara however, any leather trouser or ripped denim would be the perfect replacement.
My superstars are the perfect trainer to complete my outfit, but converse/vans will go with this look just as well.

Trouser (leather version)- HERE

I think this 2nd outfit is going to be my dressy winter fave. I don't go out often, but I most certainly need an excuse to wear this (hint hint boyf).
I went all out with this outfit and why not, never be afraid to mix patterns and colours if you think it looks good do it!
I bought this skirt back in the summer, but I've decided to transform it into a winter white piece as it went so perfectly with this fluffy sweat.
The bag: some of you may hate it with this look, but I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!
I had one of my mad moments and got this bag out along side a plain one, but in my opinion always go for the more outrageous option, ALWAYS. I think the bag and sweat make a good little team the blues and greens go alongside the blue and green fluff in the sweat, it's a match made in heaven.
Not going to lie these shoes are probably my worst nightmare I hate heels especially courts. They're too painful for me, but on the other hand look how goooorge they look. Every girl needs a pair of nude courts, they go with everything and add sophistication and maturity to any outfit.

Concerts & bargains

FINALLY the present I got my dad last Christmas had come around; tickets to go see Nathaniel Rateliff & the  Night Sweats.
WHO THE HELL?! Probably the #1 reaction as they aren't you modern day UK top 40 kinda band. There style is a lot more old school, country/soul is how I'd explain it, not to everyone's taste, but they're right up me n my dads street.
If they sound like a bit of you too click HERE to see more.

The only thing I hate about concerts is what to wear, especially in the winter. You need to wrap up, but it gets hot inside, you want to look good and a coat just so "ruins your outfit". So much to think about!
I decided to take the safe option for this night as I am always freezing and it has been too chilly for my liking lately. I wore what I like to call: roll neck heaven, my absolute saviour throughout the winter. It's so cosy and warm. Also the sip detailing, I L O V E a bit of detailing even though it's the smallest, simplest thing I think it makes such a difference and a nice touch to any outfit.
Zip central for this outfit as I've teamed it with my zippy leather trousers. Zip overload??? No way hosay, little details are everything.
I bought these trousers from Zara last year, but they must be a best seller as they still have them available to buy on their website and £10 cheaper then when I bought them, so worth it they a 100% a wardrobe essential in my eyes.
Now the best part... THE BOMBER!!!
I'd been looking for a bomber like this for too long, everyone had one, but not the one I wanted. I'm so particular when I buy certain items, they have to be perfect especially when they're timeless pieces like this bomber.
I wanted the oversized puffed sleeves (even if they do make me look like a bouncer) and the most important part the orange lining, how divine is it!

I bought this beauty at the start of this year from Urban Outfitters vintage renewal range. I will leave a link to a similar bomber they have on their website below. Although recently I did see in the Bluewater store they still had it in so if you want to get your hands on one find your local store.

All take a seat as this recent bargain buy of mine might just knock you over. Vivienne Westwood clutch = £30, yes really!
This oversized piece of perfection was most definitely the greatest bargain I will ever buy.
I spotted this bag at work and at the time it had 50% off (rrp £100). I put the bag on hold, waited for another one of our big sales to take place where it was then reduced further AND then added my staff discount on top to reach the tiny price of £30!!
Now that is how you make a girl happy.

I'm BACK!

Not that anyone will have noticed nor cared but Fashpine is back!
I decided to take some time off to focus on my next career move, but that is currently going tits up and so I've decided to put my time back into my pointless blogs about my life, outfits, skin care regimes and much more... YAY!

Last weekend it was my beloved other halves birthday so I planned a lovely surprise night away for both of us (top girlfriend award).
At the start of this year I'd been introduced to Air bnb the modern day app for finding places to stay all over the world. So I thought why not try it now and luckily I discovered this steal.

The place was old stables that had been converted into an amazing home, one half for the host and the other half for the guests. The wing for guests included a huge living space, 2 double bedrooms both en suite and you also got amazing country views as they owned all of the surrounding land.
It was absolutely perfect. If your looking for a relaxing get away this one is for you.
*For more details the link will be below the images*

I would go back just to have another one of these Jacuzzi baths, if you've never had one you honestly neeeeed to experience one!

Now down to the best bit: outfits!

I HAVE to start off with probably my best purchase to date. These beautiful, beautiful, b-e-a-utiful red boots that are from Zara and cost just £50.00.
I think this is pretty reasonable for a decent pair of boots and for those who shy away from colour they honestly go with a lot more then you think. These will feature in a lot of my future blogs so you will see how they can be worn with pretty much anything.

Next is going to be my second best purchase to date, and for anyone that knows me yes it involves POM POMS!
These jumpers just speak for themselves they are the absolute dream, well mine anyway.
I was so lucky and managed to get both of these colours in the sale black: £12.00 and beige: £10.00! Unfortunately the beige is out of stock, but its not all bad news the black still has a few sizes left AND there is also a pink version you can buy which is just as cute, but at the RRP (£20.00).

My roadtrip outfit:
Not the most pratical outfit for a muddy farm trip, but I couldn't resist this cute combo.
I'm ALWAYS cold so I teamed my dreamy jumpy with a plain grey ribbed roll neck. You can buy these in Primark for just £6, bargain!!
The jeans are a few months old now, but the same style are still available to buy from River Island.
I have been a loyal denim buyer from River Island for 4 years now. My own fave is the 'molly' style as they fit me amazingly and they are the only denim that actually fit me in the length perfectly.
They do however have a wide variety of styles and colours to suit all shapes and personal tastes. Highly recommend anyone to go there for all there denim wants and needs.

For the journey home my outfit was even more unpractical as it was pouring with rain, I think its safe to say my style is not for the farm life.

I didn't think this outfit would even look nice as not much thought went into it, but I LOOOOVE it and will defo be wearing it again!
The roll neck I used is again from Primark, but a knit material (It's not the same I promise). I've had it for a few years now and its still a key winter item of mine, basics are so important for your wardrobe!!
I bought the shirt a while back from Zara in the sale for just £15! The shirt isn't my usual style, but it's now become one of my fave casual pieces. This shirt is no longer available but the checked style shirt seems to be becoming quite a classic and you can always find one somewhere.
As I've styled my shirt tucked in it hides part of the text detailing on my back it says "couldn't of done it without rock".
The denim I'm wearing was bought on the quick as I needed them for a fancy dress party and they are actually now in the running to be my favourite pair. They are sooooo comfy and I LOVE the rips adding that extra detailing. I bought them in House of Fraser, can you believe it and in the sale for just £15.
My outfit is of course finished off with my two red beauties!

James Bay

Concerts, probably one of the hardest events to dress for, well in my eyes anyway. You want to be comfortable, practical, not too dressy, but not too casj and of course still look stylish just to add to the list. I also find depending on what kind of artist your going to see can influence your outfit choice too. I went to see James Bay (AMAZING by the way) therefore wanted my outfit to have more of an indie/rock feel to it.

Double denim is 100% making a come back! I've been wanting to try the look out on myself for so long now and knew this was the perfect opportunity for some double denim vibes. I LOVED it as soon as I put it on, it ticked all the boxes. Denim is such a timeless classic you can very rarely go wrong with it unless your Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake (bad denim vibes).
My shirt is new from Zara and cost me only £20, such a reasonable price for one of the few items in your wardrobe that will never go out of fashion. Get stocking up on your denims girls they last a lifetime!

New trainers again, I know, but look at them they are sooo delish I couldn't help myself! They were the perfect partner for this outfit, adding a bit of funky colour. Nothing looks better then a fresh pair of shoes!
I can't find this exact pair on their website anymore, but they have so many different styles to chose from you can get ones to suit your own personal taste.

As they say save the best till last and this absolute beauty is better then the best...

I have been after this jacket for too long now. However, luck was on my side as I found it just at the right time, because I knew this quirky little number would team up so nicely with my double denim look. As much as I was in love with my outfit I'm not a plain Jane kind of girl so this jacket was just what I needed to add a pop of colour and fun to my outfit.
They also do it in a baby blue colour for those of you that aren't as wild with your colours.

I'm SO in love with my new hair I have to give it a mention. I've wanted ombre for so long I was just waiting for my hair to grow a decent length for the style. I also had my first blow dry definitely won't be my last, I wish I could have one everyday!

Lairy Leopard

I am all for clothing that's a bit lairy and fun, but when I received this two piece at the weekend from LASULA I regretted it straight away. To be honest chav was the first thing that come to my mind, no offence all you chavstas out there we all know I am secretly a chav at heart, but this was way too much for me. I didn't read the returns policy before I purchased my item (who actually does) and because my item was sale it meant it couldn't be returned or exchanged, I was gutted. So the only option was to turn this bad situation into a good one.
I knew I couldn't let an outfit go to waste and all this needed was a touch of styling.

I played around a lot with all my clothes until I found the best outfits, this one is definitely my most favourite of them all.
This is one half of the lairy leopard 2 piece, the fit is perfect and they are SO comfy! I'm wearing them with just a simple denim shirt from Zara which I LOVE, because of the cute pussy bow detailing, it adds that girly touch to an absolute classic. A denim shirt is a wardrobe must have for all and you can never have too many in my eyes. Unfortunately mine is from last year, but I have found one nearly identical on ASOS, and it's cheaper then what I paid for mine, winning! (link below)
I've kept the outfit nice and casual and worn my beloved Huaraches with it. You can easily change the shoes to give the outfit a whole different look.

Outfit details:
Denim shirt (similar)- HERE

I chose to style the trousers up a couple of times, because there was so many different options I could've blabbered on for days.
This time I've teamed them up with a simple white slogan tee as they are so popular right now and I don't think they ever get old. I've had this one for about 3 years now and still love it. They are an easy grab and go outfit and perfect to tone down these lairy trousers. This tee is from River Island and they re-make slogan tees every year at reasonable prices too!
This is a definite casual look so trainers were the perfect match.

Outfit details:
T-shirt (similar)- HERE

I found there wasn't much I could show you with the top, so I kept it pretty simple. I'm wearing the comfiest jeans ever from River Island; Molly style, I highly recommend them. They have such a wide range of styles on their website to suit all personal tastes. Again my lovely trainers had to make an appearance, but I have chose the pastel ones this time to add contrast.
This top can be taken from day to night very easily, I think a plain leather trouser with a court shoe heel would look amazing with it, or even some culottes and flat forms for a more summery look. Just kept the bottom half simple and let the top do the talking.

Outfit details:
Jeans- HERE

This is the Lairy leopard 2 piece together and even though it is too much I must admit it is slowly growing on me. Festival season is fast approaching and I think this could definitely be pulled off in that type of environment.
So moral of the story is, if you aren't happy with your purchase never return until you have done a little styling trial with everything in your wardrobe. Mix and match stuff, play around and find what works for you to make even the not so good outfits the best.

Check out LASULAS website for on trend clothing at great prices:

Newness

Lounge suits, whoever come up with these comfy bad boys is my best friend already. What more could you want? They're just as comfy as pyjamas and you can still look stylish in such an effortless way.
Camouflage is making a comeback and is another one of my loves at the moment, so when I found a lounge suit in a camouflage pattern I was sold instantly. I purchased my lounge suit from Milk and Diamonds (2nd one in 2 months, I just can't get enough of their range).
It was perfect for my chilled out Saturday, I wish I could wear one everyday!

(Apologies about the horrible creases in my image not very professional I know but, my new backdrop arrived Saturday morning and I rushed around so much to set it up I didn't have time to iron the material, so I just took a risk and used it anyway. Definitely a weekend full of ironing for me coming up.)

I have teamed my tracksuit up with the most perfect coloured trainers you could find, lilac. I can't stop looking at them when I've got them on. Can trainers be pretty? If so mine are the prettiest of them all.
"Typical Essex girl trainers" "Follow the crowd" I don't care, my new love is huaraches. Mainly, because they're SO comfy and everyone that knows me, knows anything that is comfy and fashionable is always a bit of me.
I've had so many compliments on the colour of them, it is honestly so beautiful and perfect for spring/summer. They also come in a delicious baby blue colour that is just as amazing. A pair in every pastel colour will do just fine for me.

I hope all the mums had a lovely mothering Sunday, I know my Mum did as she spent it with me the lucky lady.
With us having a nice chilled out dinner with our closest family members I decided to go for a very casual outfit. I wore this fabulous roll neck (can never go wrong with a roll neck) from Primark, which I must admit, I hesitated to buy a couple of weeks ago and I am glad I did as luck was on my side. When I went back on Friday it had been reduced down to £3 and there was one size 8 left! That in my eyes is what you call meant to be.
The jeans I'm wearing are my favourite pair and are quite a recent buy from Topshop. They tend to remake jean styles throughout the seasons so I'm sure you'll be able to get your hands on something pretty similar. They fit perfectly, I love the colour and the frayed ankle grazer bottom makes a great partner with a pair of trainers.

I must admit I am a little chavvy at heart and that still comes out in some of my fashion today. Only slightly though, you definitely won't see me in three stripes, trainers and hoops on a day to day basis.
As it was mothers day and my outfit was a bit plain Jane, I decided to add my mums gorgeous gold bear chain, it's so adorable! It's a nice little touch to a simple outfit like this and can be easily done yourself with junk jewellery. Chains/long necklaces are so easy to find these days. A good necklace and a roll neck is one of the best combinations.
